What these new updates mean for us and you!
Although we are now, by COVID guidelines, allowed to have a 50% capacity, we are taking extra precautions to keep you and our employees safe by maintaining our request of
NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS in the lobby at a time and EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK by NKC Ordinance as of July 2, 2020.
The COVID process of transactions and installations are as follows:
-We will process your paperwork, then ask you to wait at your car for the battery to be brought to you. If you need your battery INSTALLED, we ask that you process your transaction then pull your vehicle in the garage and WAIT IN YOUR CAR. It is REQUIRED by City Standards, that you do NOT exit the car while in the garage at any time.
-When pulling into the garage, please keep in mind, we are required to maintain a minimum amount of vehicles in the bay due to COVID regulations. We request that you wait in your car out front after processing your transaction, creating a line with each additional cars to keep the momentum on installations flowing.
-If you are unable to come into the office, we will be happy to process your sale via phone and will bring you the receipt to your car.
*Please allow only one person to be in the lobby at time of purchase to process the transaction.
*While we whole- heartedly enjoy being near our guests and being able to enjoy learning more about them, during this time, we must put health and city standards in high priority by having our guests WEAR A MASK while in the lobby, keep to a MAXIMUM of 2 guests in the lobby, and STAY IN THEIR VEHICLE while waiting.
