As of April 1, 2018, there will be NO exceptions to the core charges within a transaction. All customers MUST bring their old battery for the price given. If the old battery is NOT with the customer during the transaction, the customer MUST pay the core charge and will be refunded when the core (old battery) is returned. For us to keep our everyday low prices, this policy MUST be followed!
As of April 1, 2018, ALL customers are REQUIRED to keep their receipts in case there may be any questions or concerns with the battery purchased. We do offer FREE replacement under the guidelines provided within the receipt, but as the receipt states, "Proof of purchase is required for all warranties". We suggest putting the receipt in your glovebox along with your other vehicle paperwork!
